there were some kids running up and down the hallway.

hotels should have a sign, saying, kids must have parents with them at all times

pool area was clean and well maintained, room was clean and decent size, staff was friendly and

the gym was pretty good, but no free weights

the gym had a peloton bike, but unable to be adjusted, and the elliptical machine was out of order

he set me up with a late check out and answered all my questions about the facilities

we were staying on the twelfth floor and my kids 4 and 7 discovered the window was open

the pool was a pit cold although the hotel could do nothing about it

called to front desk she said on the phone to switch to low mode, and outside was 99 degree hot, kids and i couldn’t do anything or sleep at night at all because of how badly hot it was, we

there is no gym, working laundry facilities or even working vending machines

(we stayed for a long weekend) we did not use gym so not sure of equipment offered

be nice if the gym had a couple free weights

check out is at 12 noon, but for them it’s at 11 am , and if i want to ask for an hour extra(late check out) i should pay extra

were allowed early check in

location was not bad. room size. they give 1 hour extra for late check out.

better than a hotel room was the apartment at the roost east market, with a full kitchen and comfortable living room to complement the bedroom
