& bar area modern & attractive

no little kids running around loose this time

there were some kids running up and down the hallway.

kids running up and down the halls knocking on doors late at night.

hotels should have a sign, saying, kids must have parents with them at all times

the only gripe was with the gym facility, two of the machines were broken and out of order.

the 7th floor was extremely hot and smelled of weed which was not a good look for my kids.

pool is big with different depths so great for kids

a late check out apon arrival which they granted for 12:30 but come 10:30am house keeping started

didn’t work toilet didn’t flush attended a banquet kitchen ran out of chicken old bar of soap in the shower

my children enjoyed the pool and i enjoyed the gym

free breakfast was great,it had a nice variety

the pool and gym looked very nice, but did not have time to use them

would have liked more variety at breakfast.

it didn’t bother me too much as i needed my rest but my wife & kids needed it

clean quiet room. location is good. breakfast is good. we are so happy for our stay. arigato

there’s also an option for laundry (which we didn’t need for one night) the rate was very reasonable (affordable),

what could have been better is the pool being a littler warmer.

there is a nice pool and fitness center, although i didn't have time to use them

noise from rooms above, pool was always filled with kids who were not very respectful

anyway room with very dirty kitchen, lock with broken door and coffe machine not working at all

the restaurant and bar on the 10th floor was amazing

the gym was in adequate. it felt like you were in a closet working out

they allowed me an early check in which was a great help

the bar opened later than i would have liked.

the top floor restaurant, bar and breakfast was exceptional and a lovely view

breakfast also included, and plenty of restaurants within walking distance

staff (especially byron and the breakfast attendant) went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable

the breakfast each morning was a nice extra

for the breakfast they even have a soy milk

breakfast is basic with bagels, bread, cereal, coffee and yogurt

had to buy dish washer and laundry detergent, dryer sheets. a small supply would be grand

kitchen superbly equipped, but you need to bring foil, cling film, salt, pepper, sugar, oven gloves

speaking of amenities, there are no complaints regarding the wi-fi or gym facilities

better than a hotel room was the apartment at the roost east market, with a full kitchen and comfortable living room to complement the bedroom

i’d fork out for a unit with the den as it was very difficult to work for long periods at the kitchen counter or the coffee table

perfect location, good breakfast, 24hour laundry

we were traveling with two kids and they allowed for early check in since our room was ready, which actually made our whole
