very easy to find, lots of ev charging and great location for my meetings around the area

wifi was intermittent at best.

room service fast and efficient food was excellent... staff were very nice

very clean, big room, comfy bed. ideal location for the trip away. good car parking facilities

hotel is centrally based between glasgow and edinburgh with parking on site

particularly useful for us was that there are a row of ev chargers just ten minutes walk away, meaning we could put our car on charge before breakfast and

like teh ev charging facilities. the hotel gives me everything i need for a stay in scotland

free parking and ev charging was available in the car park

buffet breakfast at 9.00am was not even warm.

were refugees there witch they would not be quiet, slamming doors, kids running from room to room till early hours of the morning

was poor and the walls could do with extra sound dampening as the family next door kept my kids awake with the screaming child

they even arranged a late check out time for us as i had 3 children with me

receptionists and very pleasant interacting with her, she was very loving and caring towards my kids and helped us to get fresh water

i emailed to ask about separate beds and got a reply about ev chargers

appreciated the use of ev chargers room and hotel really modern and cleanliness 100% reception staff absolute lovely and

ev charging is way too expensive (73 p / kwh) prices not transparent

the bar closed to early, expected it to be open until around 1am.

– food was fine, however kids only allowed there till 1900, this wasn’t mentioned anywhere

staff in hotel and bar were very helpful and friendly

and a ery large, good value for money, the food was great as were the staff, they even have tesla ev chargers in the car park, i will be staying again

there is also a small gym, so you do not have to skip your daily exercise routine

food was good in the restaurant cob had dinner first night second day breakfast

moving the room solved that issue but unfortunately wifi turned out to be terrible in our second room

criticism is that there was no hand wash and only one small bar of soap

love the late check out time too as can have a lye in after breakfast
