the pool was freezing!!! that was my only disappointment.

from the front desk getting an early check in, to the day we left the attendant in the breakfast area was more than happy to cook more food 15 minutes before they were scheduled to close

breakfast was great. location a little out of the way for us, but not bad

not like the first reception we had, i guess the guy was bored and was annoyed by the screaming kids on the lobby--his manner was like bored/wanted to get you out of my hair so i can continue

we ordered room service and the food and service was awesome.

also, there is a wire soap dish affixed to the shower wall for a bar of soap

nice, and the rooms are exceptional, everything is very clean, staff is friendly and we loved the room service, food was great

was perfect, room service, drink service in the room and added bonus of boxed breakfast (nice (+) the room service was exceptionally good along with the food (+)great room service (-)ordered room service our first night and our plates stayed outside our door until we left a day later (-) room service had to be called to pick up since plates were just left behind without a tray to leave

small thing was that i think my room was above the location of the pool tables, was too loud underneath me to get in an afternoon nap
