right off the highway and i love the free electric car charging station in the parking lot

i like the amenities of the indoor pool , gym & sports bar.

gym facility was great to have

it was convenient to where we needed to be. it had a pool and a small gym.

their gym and pool were closed due to covid

the cleanliness , pool & mostly the room was perfectly fitted for us.

that they offer gluten free breakfast since i have celiac :) the bread is amazing wish i knew what the bread they use

there was only one person working the kitchen and he was trying his best

it’s 9pm and we just checked in with 2 devastated kids

if you’re coming here to swim with your kids indoors during the winter months, find another hotel

my kids were disappointed the pool wasn’t open, but understood as things aren’t quite back to

i only used the hotel bar and restaurant for one drink

bear mountain inn property is gorgeous and we had easy access to the spa and to the trails

the spa was luxurious very hygienic and the staff there was excellent

the mini bar kitchen was cute and the extra sink was a plus

i also enjoyed the bar it was very clean and the staff were very personable and engaging

wish bar had more bar snacks like rosemary nuts, olives, assorted cheeses or other bar type snacks

did not do room service and you had to request it

such a fancy property the pool is shared with the residences around the hotel so there is no luxury feel to
