i loved how spacious our room was and it was also very nice to have a kitchenette

also not clean- dirty laundry from prior guest under pull out couch

housekeeping staff talked loudly outside our room which was across from the hotel laundry

were quite, and the bar porter s place in the parking lot made being at a hotel in walking distance a necessity

it was quiet and there was parking right in front of my room

we have babies and they let us do a very early check in.

it has cable tv, wifi and small fridge for your drinks

room service for a pot of coffee was told not enough coffee pots to

good location, lots of nice restaurants around (tip> the eagle house restaurant, williamsville), gym, little swimmingpool, bar/restaurant were nice, daily bottle of water in the (*) i can't comment on the gym due to covid closure (-)cleaning in room upon request, tiny gym (-)gym is too limited.

i do wish there were more weight training options in the gym, but again, not really a complaint just a personal preference

the gym is clean, a bit sparse, but super clean

were very friendly, they allow dogs, rooms were modern and clean and the gym was great- had a peloton
