it was a significant bonus to find that the hotel has an ev charging station that is free for guests to use

wifi was down in our room, and the shower was cold but, we told the staff and are fixing the

kids liked the beds, a sea view(ish) , the breakfast and the biscuits (-) for kids (+)staff were very helpful to me and the kids,the restaurant staff were exceptional (+)was quirky but great value prior to a graduation in cardiff with 2 kids in tow i have stayed before and great location for bay and city staff always friendly and (+) kids loved the pick and mix for halloween (-)wish the kids room had beds rather than the sofa bed (-)tv couldn't load netflix on for the kids but we managed (+) breakfast was good and it's kids friendly

i had a lovely vegetarian breakfast and the staff were extra helpful

breakfast was delicious and really comfortable place to stay , wonderful

parking was as slightly difficult but that's because the building is on a hill side

we had a great stay and there is a well equipped play park almost opposite for kids to run off steam, including a sports field and tennis court with football goals in it
