rang reception at 2:00pm and asked for early check in which they said yes no problem 2:30 so traveled back to hotel to be told room not

as free dinner, food poor quality , the coffee machine didn’t work so no coffee at breakfast, kids eat free but the menu for kids was so limited well nothing on it

beds were very comfortable the rooms were very clean the reception staff were very helpful the bar staff were exceptional they were very nice and helpful and were happy to bring food to our
