to slow to serve the dishes and my kids couldn t dinner because they bring the incorrect dish

the pool was good - there was a lifeguard and plenty of towels

a facility map for the guests since it's quite big & it wasn't clear how to reach places like the gym

there was a room service plate next to my door which stayed there the entire time and no one cared to pick it

also, our kids were really looking forward to using the pool but it was close both days we were there due to

accommodating room service even when i called out of hours.

it was great to be able to come back to the pool with our 18 month old after hours of hiking the city
