weren't made aware that you could take away breakfast if you had to check out earlier than the serving time

it was clean, well laid out, big reception and bar area, staff were friendly

the small gym was good, breakfast was also good and the room was very clean

good choice of breakfast, swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam rooms really good

bar staff was a bit slow. we ended up going up to the bar rather than wait longer for service.

the welcome we received at a very early check in was superb

the hotel , but the outstanding feature was the staff, from the doorman , reception, waiters, room service to the staff in the spa, best i ve come across in any hotel

only complaint would be that our room was situated next to a high foot-traffic corridor and room service would often station there; the noise was tolerable for my wife and i, but our dogs

is nowhere to lounge in the spa; this is nitpicking, though, as i have nothing else to say in the didn't like section

the wifi was a little bit inconsistent.

near the bus stop, near in swanston farm (highland cows) near a golf course, city lights of

breakfast and location. bar staff were extremely friendly and receptionist

breakfast was buffet or cooked to order with a good choice of dishes, including fish and waffles as

there is an adequate gym and a nice swimming pool

requested early check in but still had to wait 2 hours when we arrived before our room was ready

the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the bar staff provided ice for no extra charge
