staff were very friendly. leisure center was excellent. ev charging was free.

this should have been communicated to me or reminded at the time of checking in,ther was one ev charger and had to almost beg for it touchable my car the hotel should pay me back the parking

we also loved going to the cozy bar later in the day

there is a nice trust bar on the ground floor

nice pet friendly hotel - beds, bows and treats, our room was on the first floor next to the bar and we were worried it would be noisy, but it wasn't

special shout out to tulgeran (i hope i got the spelling right) who mans the bar area , and achilles

lots of parking and ev chargers which was a godsend

shame the ev chargers are no longer free! at least a reasonable price.

super expensive parking. wifi was problematic - this is a big deal for international travellers!

we even could request a later room service for a lie in

the fitness room is on the small side but had all the basics

not find the fitness suite, although i did not have much time

we had requested early check in, which they said they couldn't accommodate due to the system outage, which is fine,

comfortable bed, lovely breakfast nice friendly staff. ideally situated for theatre and city

laundry across the hallway

brand new, modern hotel with total room package, laundry and breakfast

love that there are laundry facilities but the dryer heats the clothes well - just takes forever to actually dry

suite was huge with more amenities than we expected, like a full kitchen and on-site laundry

was great to have a laundry room to use for free as a guest but oof, that needed a good clean which we did with our

v friendly staff, great location, good food, great gym, good recommendations

son wasn t allowed in the rooftop bar as he was under 18 and no reference is made to this on the website and i particularly selected

bar very good

have a gorgeous spa and gym area however the infra red light sauna is disappointing - it is tepid at best

the pool was closed on our visit for maintenance which was a some bit understandable

everything else is very good including free gym and swimming pool

gym a little troublesome to get to , would have preferred a smaller cosier bar , but thats just a

gym check in was a pain, no toilet facility next to the gym, no low fat yogurt, fruit salad was

small thing - three days of room service, each time utensil or condiments were missing

will be better if you bigger gym and spa centre

room service was excellent and breakfast in vip room great too
