staff were extremely accommodating, very friendly, bar food was lovely pints cold then the room was lovely, bright, clean, everything worked

grab bar in the bath would be helpful.

the bar decor is very dark but it wasnt a problem as such.

great hot breakfast and the bar food was very tasty

sleep very well, walls were very thin, kids running around banging doors all night and screaming

large swimming pool but full of kids having lessons so not easy to use.

sauna & jacuzzi looks out onto pool which was a bit weird as kids were doing their lessons and parents there too

wifi was terrible and was not working in half of the hotel past the dining area, more investment

was taking up by swimming teachings all day and the small part we did have was full of kids jumping into the pool and throwing water round everyone

too warm with no air conditioning, our room had the smell from the kitchen coming in the window when you opened it, but we needed it open as it was so warm, air

loved the ev charging spots, facilities on site were good.

the carpark has a number of ev chargers which i was able to use to charge overnight making it even easier - big bonus

loads of ev chargers which was unexpected and very welcome

the breakfast was very good with a great selection, kids loved the pancake machine

the breakfast was one of the best i've had

behind me, they he seemed eager to offer them help with bags, they were a family of mum dad and kids and as a single mum i felt i was deliberately ignored as possibly not as important to him

as we checked in after 4pm the kids did not get a chance to go to the pool that evening as it was only open to

ideal place to chill out. spa treatment was very good.

have to highly commend our waitress aoife in the blaney bar for her exceptional service

the room was beautiful with a lake view, the dinner, bar and grill were all exceptional and breakfast too

suite and had a welcome treat in our roomud83dudc95 food was delicious with a good choice and breakfast was

definitely going back and i will make sure to bring the golf clubs and book the spa treatment well in advance
