staff were great and the restaurant and bar were amazing

we booked to break up the journey for the pool and the pool was incredibly overcrowded by 30 kids plus their parents to the point where i’m not sure it was safe

the kitchen was accomodating by making a kids pasta dish that was not on the room service menu

food options were too highend if traveling with kids

didn’t like that it was kids in the pool with no supervision and no staff said anything about it i couldn’t believe it

the breakfast could be better or at least offer a la carte

spa

gym was super nice and had a lot of equipment

breakfast was fantastic. everyone very helpful.

the location, the room, the decor, the breakfast - all beautiful

really liked the full kitchen setup

too bad there’s not an indoor pool/hot tub

was excellent, except the dining room was not cleaned in a timely manner for those coming in for breakfast

assholes that leave barking all day dogs in room when not there multiple abandoned stolen cars in parking lot dont waste time complaining to staff/owner they laugh and say oh

laundry onsite is convenient but you'll need to bring quarters

most of the facilities are shutdown including the lounge, the restaurant and now the laundry area

parking was not convenient

provided shuttle for our baseball team to the field

was good, hotel is spotless as it was opened only this spring, nice staff, great warm pool and hot tub at the hotel next door that you can

the breakfast was cheap and nasty… if they did better on that this would be the perfect hotel.

my only complaint was that we would have had to walk outside to go to the indoor pool and in november that wasn't happening

if i had to say something- it would be you need to use the pool next door at the double tree.

the price the breakfast was sufficient
