me and the kids love it and my girl in front desk such. a sweetheart pool is amazing

great staff! customer service excellent! rooms are spacious and comfortable. plenty of parking

honestly the maintenance staff had to spend an hour every morning cleaning sweeping the parking lot because of these few quests

the gym was disorganized and broken

there had to be 50 kids and 30 adults in pool area at all times

didn’t like that it was kids in the pool with no supervision and no staff said anything about it i couldn’t believe it

staff was great, from the front desk to bar staff to housekeeping. all friendly and professional

the kitchen was accomodating by making a kids pasta dish that was not on the room service menu

the gym and pool facilities were also very nice and clean

room service closes at weird hours, and getting a room service menu was impossible because we asked

a $20 cheese plate via room service consisted of 6 crackers and 10 pieces of cheese

didn t like the cost of breakfast, the service was slow and room service took so long my food was ice cold
