amazing with a wonderful view over the douro river including from our room, the restaurants, the pool and sitting areas

everything was perfect. food spa ambiance.

a rich breakfast and a bar and restaurant with a perfect view

we were greeting with port wine for the adults and natural orange juice for the kids

the glass bathroom walls was a bit challenging in terms of privacy as we were traveling with the kids

as a bonus the staff was super nice and friendly there is an ev charger on the parking lot if

the hotel is located in the outskirts of porto in a very quiet neighbourhood, and has a parking lot for guests

a beautiful hotel with nice interiour, a great pool area to relax, very good breakfast and the best: very friendly hotel personnel

breakfast was lovely- ordered individually each evening for the following morning

- good pillows (orthopedic and normal) - fantastic breakfast in bed with no additional charge - clean modern rooms designed with taste - service

compared to the staff in the restaurants and by the pool, the staff on the reception are a little cold

the dinner options could be better, breakfast was amazing.

the sisley spa was such a highlight

breakfast and lunch was very good, although dinner was not the best food we had on our trip

if you have kids, consider another option

the hotel bar was closed. the lights in the spa area did not work. the hotel needs updating.

gym, spa and tennis court

the pool, gym, tennis/soccer field were very nice

the indoor spa is perfect and relaxing

on the one night we did decide to dine i'm the hotel, we ordered room service

breakfast i've ever had

pool / spa closed for refurbishment but not a major problem since outside temperature was 25-28 degrees

while you are a bit of a distance from the center it is quiet and the parking has been a real bonus for us
