was suggested by booking for families but i didn't think that the hotel is kids friendly

so i had to stay with my gym shoes and it was just a little awkward

beautiful gravious hotel. loved the room. bar and restaurant were lovely.

the towels in the pool area were not replaced in a timely manner

cockroach in laundry room was so huge! outside pool was cold.

wifi requiring hh membership is not an appropriate solution

and helped us actually get our booked room and wifi password

the beds was soft and nice wifi!

kids trying to enter without key, which can impact guest safety level for safety and comfort.

great even though i forgot to add it with my package when i booked so i missed out on the special bar lever as well as the breakfast for the two days that we was there

having to pay for internet. congested gym. congested valet parking.

jellybeans in the lobby, early check in.

i liked the little amenities of champagne at check in. jelly beans for the kids. etc.

i thought that this location had a spa but it did not
