room service order was not accurate, but it wasn't noticed until the deliverer was gone

customer service was exemplary: front desk, cleaning staff, kitchen staff, and car valet staff

we did not avail ourselves of the included breakfast, but looked like a wide variety of options were available

none of the two elevators worked until the morning of checkout, we had to haul our luggage and 3 kids (including a 6-week infant) up and down the narrow stairs to the 4th floor where our room was

the customer service was great and i like the hot breakfast.

the room was clean and modern. the lobby was expansive and the lobby bar was fun.

i was taking the bar exam and the staff made sure i was at the convention center on time and showed me great food

location near the airport with shuttle service was great

an atm is close to reception and the rooms were very high standard with kitchen included

the pool & jacuzzi

the staff was really nice and i liked the late check out.

only thing i didn't like was that there wasn't an indoor pool or hot tub

the fitness center was under construction

the amenities of the indoor pool, exercise room and that laundry room. i like it's location.

fact they wouldn't refund my money cause me and my kids were involved in a accident where i didn't get released from hospital a week later
