our tv didn t work, the beer and cider at the bar wasn t great:( (+)of food literally opposite carpark multiple choices cinema too breakfast was great staff in bar area very happy and accommodating would definitely stay (-)only thing i'd recommend is a drinks vending machine etc for when bar and starbucks is closed. (-)lamb rogan josh from bar was poor- very expensive for 14 with 4 chewy bits of lamb in it (-)to complain about, if i had to be picky the bar was room charge or cash only

wifi wouldn t work and staff were very reluctant to help saying it s a head office issue and

finally, room service was prompt, good value for money

offers a breakfast and plenty of ev charging available over the road in merryhill

was a little tired, carpets worn, breakfast was terrible certainly not worth extra 10, asked for eggs twice, never arrived, food

spa/swimming pool not very relaxing it has appearance and feel of public swimming baths

parking and availability of ev chargers was good

nice big room clean and tidy, easy parking with ev charging.

the roof top bar was excellent! staff was really helpful and friendly!

to do with the hotel but seeing someone at breakfast all sweaty from being at the gym, mopping himself with a towel and leaving it on the table

like the fact you was able to get a late check out and the front desk was ever so helpful would stay there

wifi password hard to find. pillows could have been better.

it was very modern, there were no windows meaning it was pitch black and silent and we paid for a late check out which was 1pm

when i asked about late check out hony was really helpful and

any extra frills (late check out, bag storage, tv and wifi) cost extra, but it's super easy to add them on

a late check out and then having to re do key activation again after 10am m

they do offer late check out for 1pm for £10, but lets be realistic, nobody wants to pay just to sleep a little

the hotel also has 4 ev charging points available, all of which were free when i charged my car which was brilliant and

great place and desk guy was sound and bar beside great crack in station bar very friemdly

would have liked a night cap in the bar when we got back but it had closed at 8pm.

close to new street , comfy beds , pool table in bar and jukebox , lovely barmaid .

to stay only problem did not like being on 7th floor if stayed again would ask for a lower floor breakfast was the best ever wesam
