no room service first day despite being away from room from 9am to 1pm

coffee bar near rooms was a great addition

bringing suitcases to our car when we checked out (without expecting a tip) or helping to set wifi on our phones when we had trouble connecting (the concierge not even her job) (-)very poor cell and wifi this should be fixed. (-) we used screen mirroring option but wifi dropped out so often during a movie we couldn't get through one

valet parking expensive and self parking a bit of a walk

the coffee machine and kitchen ware was nice

the kitchenette could have used more dishes and accessories.
