the breakfast via room service not good and very expensive

the top 2 parking areas should be for guests and the bottom one next to crew parking should be the valet area

valet parking expensive and self parking a bit of a walk

kids loved the pools, and the ability to hike right off the resort

breakfast coffee was too cold and pillows in the room extremely poor quality.

my kids slept on a fold out sofa, we had to ask for bedding and extra towels

is perfect to downtown, rooftop bar had amazing drinks, staff was super friendly and helpful, and room was spacious

great hotel. staff is amazing. lobby bar is awesome

nothing for families (like a stool for kids to reach the sink or bedrails for the beds)

enjoyed the roof top bar area

not enough staff to extend the potential capabilities like downstairs bar by the fire

kitchen/cooking facilities were very nice

breakfast is excellent with plenty of hot options and options for gluten free and vegetarian dining

they also provided excellent service during breakfast in the morning

2 comfortable chairs for a couple to sit and visit and have a drink and snack and less on the kitchen area

the coffee machine and kitchen ware was nice

free wifi , kitchen with supplies, heated pool, location is amazing

there is also picnic tables, bbq grills, a pool and hot tub on site

pool was green

and that there is laundry right on site in case you need it

we arrived too late on saturday to use the pool after a wedding reception

front desk staff were excellent as well as laundry crew

the travel size toiletries provided in the room are incredible, the muffins in the morning at breakfast are our favorite

plus we loved having the pool indoors

heated pool and the huge bath tub

it would be nice to have access to the pool for the price

valets/front desk personnel, to the exceptional food and service in the dining room and quality spa services, our every need was met

is only mid-may so pool area was not open but still could look a little better
