especially steven who was able to sort out the issues i was experiencing and explained the late checkout

they do offer late check out for 1pm for £10, but lets be realistic, nobody wants to pay just to sleep a little

a late check out and then having to re do key activation again after 10am m

steven on the desk was particularly helpful when i arrived late at night and gave me a late check out which was great

mostly everything, couldn't fault the hotel.except for the bar closing early.

however i didn't like the bar area was a bit working man's club and didn't suit the test of the hotel

was brilliant the facilities were good bar open till 2am brilliant for a night cap

breakfast could have had more choice maybe a choice of eggs rather than just scrambled and possibly

the only thing i would say is that it doesnt say anywhere when breakfast ends on weekdays and i almost missed it
