view of the mountains, buffet breakfast at primrose was excellent and staff so attentive

we used the pool and the hot tub in the spa area - it was very relaxing after a day of skiing

service was friendly, the hot pools were a real nice bonus and the ev chargers made for a very convenient stay

should put up a polite sign at ev charging stations asking people to try to leave them for evs

didn't like that they have a good amount of ev chargers but they don't have any signs, so all those spots were taken by gas cars

happy hour, breakfast, bar were all great!

parking is very convenient, offering both underground and outside parking

i would be nice to have tea spoons in room, to stir the great tea and coffee they provide, hot pool was almost too hot (40c

bus stop outside which hotel provided free tickets for, hot pool is great, restaurant is high end and not excessively priced for the quality

the hotel has great facilities and the laundry was very cheap

hot tubs, a great restaurant and bar, and laundry facilities which was great

the wifi never worked, the gym did not even have a fitness mat or free weights

we loved the heated outdoor pool and the bar/lounging area in the lobby

the hot pool was my favorite and also they have a bar in the hotel to enjoy at night

hotel bar was often littered with glassware and dirty dishes, making it difficult to enjoy the space that

location (around 15 mins to the main downtown area), very friendly staff, rooms are spacious and well equipped, beds are comfy and the whole thing was very clean

the pool was closed, but we were able to use the pool at a nearby hotel.

i went with my wife and 2 kids and we got a free upgrade to 2 rooms with a co-joining kitchenette

huge tub , would be a great place for a family with kids

pool water temperature not well maintained, high temperature and because of that could not use..

made sure my family and i had a great experience and accommodated an early check in request so i could sort out my long traveled

the front desk and room service is pretty good

parking facility with ev chargers rooftop hot tub and sauna overlooking

there are also laundry facilities which was great for those of us who are travelling around canada

the room, loved the facilities, loved the vibe of the hotel, loved the outdoor spa, loved the gym

i drive an ev, and there was an ev charging station. that was a plus.

quiet , comfortable bed. easy access to town. had ev charger and facilities for washing car.

i didnt like at all that their gym is not a gym.its the size of 2 bathrooms

kids loved the pool and hot tub, the location is perfect and the beds are very comfortable.

off site pool jacuzzi and laundry, but close enough to not be inconvenient.

it would be nice if there was a microwave in the unit. wish there a bigger/more jacuzzi pool.
