the bar had drinks in the evening and we were able to coffee and espresso too, which was perfect for

gathering rooms had no tables so no way to play games or entertain with kids or friends

i dont like is there is no kettle and microwave, is not a good choice for a family with small kids

kids were hoping for a pool but there was not one, only a hot tub

size of the room was perfect for my family of 5, lots of space to move around even with the kids

not having any sort of laundry facilities available was terrible

great location and parking for accessibility. spa is under renovation.

i went with my wife and 2 kids and we got a free upgrade to 2 rooms with a co-joining kitchenette

room we had included a kitchenette and two twin beds in a separate room for the kids

location (around 15 mins to the main downtown area), very friendly staff, rooms are spacious and well equipped, beds are comfy and the whole thing was very clean

very geared toward the traveller who appreciates a nice lobby bar and social setting

the restaurant and bar was not open either

the outdoor pool, sauna and hot top were all fantastic

the facilities were not ready. there were no hot pools, sauna or gym at the hotel.

location is ok. rooms are nice. pools and gym are great too

convenient gym, great loaction of the property just a short walk to downtown banff

there was still some construction (like the pool).

didn't like that they have a good amount of ev chargers but they don't have any signs, so all those spots were taken by gas cars

should put up a polite sign at ev charging stations asking people to try to leave them for evs

service was friendly, the hot pools were a real nice bonus and the ev chargers made for a very convenient stay

the views and the spa area are an added plus

they need an ice machine. you can get it from the bar but it’s not 24 hours.

hour shuttle service to downtown are not enough

welcome at reception, the room was lovely and comfortable, the bar and restaurant were outstanding

bar was not open for two nights of the week, i'm sure staff shortages are to blame

about 20mins walk to town or free shuttle bus takes you in and back certain times of the day

lovey hotel. great pool & spa area. the beds were so comfortable. we hope to return someday.

did not offer complimentary breakfast, room is small and dim, dont have a welcoming vibe, pay for wifi, does not have a decent countertop for coffee machine and ice

in suite laundry was so nice with 3 kids, and soap was provided

pool, hot tub and outdoor fire tables were all closed during out stay and we were not aware of that

gym was small and crowded when busy but still great little gym for workouts ice machine only on

kids found pull out mattress very uncomfortable

maybe the gym could have been bigger
