the staff are really friendly. the rooms are great and the breakfast was the best yet.

restaurant, bedroom,and bar all on the same level food good and served with a smile.

although it was situated above the restaurant and kitchen area the noise was not intrusive - i've certainly stayed in much worse places for noise

issue was aircon was very poor in room 28 baking hot all night (although was very warm outside) ev charging good for us

also the ev charger was not working properly which we had booked

we paid for a very large room. and it was as described... very large...with a nice spa bath.

the breakfast room is stunning and the breakfast itself had superior produce and was so delicious -

com should update the hotel info to reflect that breakfast and other excellent food options are made available by this hotel

the bar was a bit ‘tired’ and unwelcoming.

fixed price breakfast which finishes quite early, and that the same breakfast is available in the bar all day as well as smaller breakfasts (fraction if the price)

facilities were good, also ev chargers available which is very useful

bar can be noisy if too many guests are in there, especially if you are in the rooms

the fact that the pool and gym were included in the price, which was lovely to relax in after a long day at the tattoo

the swimming pool was pretty big compared to other places

the pool and spa area was very nice but one of the best things was the evening entertainment

milk, cookies & chips for the kids available every afternoon/evening on the mezzanine which was a nice touch

great activities like gin tasting, vocktail making, archery, shooting, axe throwing, golf etc

advance request for early check in was accommodated even though it meant the manager juggling his housekeeping team
