we paid for a very large room. and it was as described... very large...with a nice spa bath.

the room was very clean, large and comfortable with quality furnishings, shower and spa bath were excellent and clean

plenty of parking and an abundance of ev chargers on site excellent in most every way

issue was aircon was very poor in room 28 baking hot all night (although was very warm outside) ev charging good for us

of room above the kitchen was a bit noises on occasion due to the busy restaurant but i'm sure if it bothered me that

were amazing, i couldn't see anywhere that there was ev charging so when i arrived and this was the case for 10 for a full charge i was very happy

few issues: the beds were too hard, the ev chargers didn't work properly and the staff at times seemed a bit incompetent

the spa and gym was impressive

they had a pool but we did not go for a swim

it has a swimming pool in the garden, and a bathing house to change in

is just gorgeous, the gardens were perfectly manicured, the host was warm and welcoming and the pool was a great added bonus

a bit noisy with people leaving bar and returning to their rooms.

well set out building with all the facilities that are required, well run bar and food was very good and reasonably priced, i would stay again

location was pretty with bowling, laser tag, ice skating, trampoline park, asda, kids soft play, and plenty of places to eat

am quite reserved so as the changing rooms for the swimming pool were communal with no privacy to change i was not comfortable about getting changed after my

gym had decent weight dumbells unlike many hotel gyms which don't seem to have anything over

room was big and realy clean, the breakfast was realy good, and the staf was lovely and helpfull

complimentary fast wifi, a free drinks and snacks pantry, ev charging, a top rate gym and spa and some of the most helpful staff you could ask for

be good to get the hour for kids in pool in the morning shifted to 10-11 not 9-10

i think the breakfast could have been a little better.

one night which was nice and there was also another lakeside bar / cafe at the back of the site ev charging

furniture and decor in the rooms had seen better days and was outdated the hotel's ev chargers - one of the units was broken and unavailable and the other worked for us on night 1
