modern hotel with helpful staff & underground car parking (4 ev charge points)

perfect little bar area downstairs and right in the middle of all the amazing restaurants and bars biarritz has to

big bathroom with bath and shower, comfy beds, large tv - good breakfast selection too in a great bar setting … and the location is perfectly for going to beach or biarritz

gulls, be warned one small crumb by the pool and they are swooping

the bar situation is awkward and not any good place to have a drink in hotel

think the hotel could do with one or two more staff as the reception was always busy, and the bar area required someone from reception to go and serve people there

indoor pool that is free of charge is not nice, we didn t even bother using it and there s a reason

in the greater beach region outside but nearby biarritz in a nice sourrounding close by a golf course

you can hear quite a lot from the people in the next room and the gym is a bit crammed.

we enjoyed both the ocean and the pool; however, we did not use the spa

old farm is very charming, we got a huge suite, equipped with a kitchenette, huge bathroom, easy parking, breakfast was very good and varied compared to the number of rooms

kitchen and kitchen equipment were fairly minimalistic in the studio apartment and the bed is

couple of kitchen items not spotlessly clean on arrival, but overall good

the property as a whole is beautiful with a sea view from the pool and lots of green

some kids were brave though

didn t use the pool, but think it would have be ideal

there is also a heated infinity style pool and hot tub but the weather was a bit cool to use
