the wifi did not work well in the room, so we were without internet access for most of the stay

the wifi was poor and the restaurant for the hotel is only open monday to thursday.

spa is very tiny, costs 6 per person, and needs to be booked in advance

one of the employees of the room service (cleaning) (+) the room service and access to rooftop area were incredible (-) room service food was disappointing and expensive (-)ground floor bar was closed, the food selection,room service and roof bar was poor (-) room service food is very limited in choice, (-) we arrived just after 2pm on a sunday as was unable to order any food even room service (-) we then ordered room service for the adults and ate in the room (-)room service only for evening meal due to current covid restrictions was expensive and food and (-)bedrooms are in need of severe modernisation, and the menu room service needs looking at (-)is no room service when restaurant is closed

gym could be better, but when the weather is nice, you wont be in there.

the restaurant/tapas bar la bodega didn't match up to the rest of the hotel

closing times of the restaurant during the day but, they did have a snack bar that made up for it

by the beach, this is a very comfortable 4* with huge rooms and extensive spa facilities

old farm is very charming, we got a huge suite, equipped with a kitchenette, huge bathroom, easy parking, breakfast was very good and varied compared to the number of rooms

the property as a whole is beautiful with a sea view from the pool and lots of green

villa with gardens, great views and infinity pool

the pool was big enough for lap swimming and the ocean in front of the property was ideal for body

some kids were brave though
