breakfast was very enjoyable - everything locally provided and you could tell by the taste

we had a delightful room and the staff in both hotel and spa could not have been more helpful

a king size bed and my two year old had a day bed, he was provided with a toddler stool, potty, kids shampoo/ body wash

we did not try the pool as we were on a flying visit, but the kids seem to be having a whale of a time

building, amazing staff who couldn’t do enough for us and all tailored to making it a kids-orientated

service fairly slow in the bar and restaurant - at one point waited an hour for food with a toddler, it wasn t busy

spa is amazing and so are the treatments

we loved the warm swimming pool, the warm, fresh scones with our champagne cream tea on his birthday,

the room service menu can be improved and the in room minibar facilities are non

public rooms and gym and frounds and equestiran facilities are very nice

the breakfast was good but varied between menu and buffet. ev charging was a great bonus

of a mix up regarding ev charging as this was the reason i booked the hotel for two nights on business

prefer a bit more choice on the bar snacks and would have appreciated a fan in the room during the hot weather

wifi reception throughout hotel is poor. at its best in reception.

i have been to this hotel several times over the years with girl friends playing golf and i was not at all disappointed on this occasion especially since they had to deal with
