paid wifi is disappointing in this day and age

there were always laundry bags lying around in the hallways

room had laundry baskets in front of our door and a rolled up old carpet when we arrived

i did not use their bar this time, but i can assure anyone reading this review that the bar set up is fabulous

beautiful building, bar area, location and staff

was great, we were able to bring a dog, ev charging on site

a little expensive, as was parking, though this was offset by reasonable ev charging

lovely room, great restaurant and ideal location. parking and ev charging a real bonus!

being able to have free wifi was a bummer but it honestly didn t matter that much as the hotel ad staff were fabulous and

great location within the city. room was clean and breakfast was good.

the worst thing is the price of the room service, 5 for a tray charge is a little steep, on top of your price of the food

into the resturant for breakfast and the big sign advertising pancakes then only having them on 1 day from the 5 we stayed

ev charge points out of order, but public ones available across the road.

room we perfect, moved us to a quiet part upon booking in and seeing us with young kids

staff were friendly and helpful. bar are was nice and calming

i liked the breakfast. also some of the stuff we're excellent. team members such were wonderful.

though it wasn t obvious how to get to the hotel from inside the car park) and there were ev chargers which made it even better

cabot circus car park was undergoing renovations so there was no access to the ev charging points which were the reason we selected this hotel

considering one of the factors of booking this hotel was the late check out

this is a golf club, with beautiful grounds and views

i didn't try the food at the bar as i'd already bought some at the airport

property lodge was part of the beautiful golf course and had a lovely pub
