while we were there the weather was not very warm yet so pool etc

is was quickly rectified by

at breakfast especially, no soft music playing made it feel like you are walking into a funeral

the rooms, the exclusive loctaion, facilities, restaurant, breakfast, staff, amenities, etc

bar again beautiful but again staff just need a bit more training

also, there was the bonus of an ev charger in the hotel car park

no habia wifi por averia

a kettle with tea bags, coffee sachets and plenty of free toiletries, had a safe and laundry service

the room service menu says kitchen open until 4 pm, but when trying to place an order at 3 pm they tell

there was no room service menu in the room and no wifi instructions

kids screaming in the hallway which the hotel can’t control but yes a bit noisy

dog friendly, and with ev charging in the garage.

the staff was very helpful especially they helped us for early check in

had emailed about early check in due to an early flight with a child

lots of lovely fresh ingredients for a lovely filling breakfast

beautiful hotel with lovely bar and seating area and a terrace at rear to sit in the sunshine

on one occasion we had room service, we didn t have to wait too long and it was delicious

from the breakfast to the sympathy of the staff, from the great and modern decoration to the comfort of the

fast room service, every request is done in a few minutes

location, fantastic facilities including gym and spa, superb breakfast on the terrace with beautiful fresh produce

ile there was a sign to order more via room service, if feels like an effort to phone down for such small items)

spa was not easy to reach, warm red wine at the bar

excellent pre booked underground car parking with the added bonus (for us) of two tesla ev charge points

v slow wifi.

if two people want to have room service, they cannot sit together

the hotel bar was not great, wouldn't stay for a drink there. better places around town.

the complimentary mini bar was a nice touch

price, pleasant front desc, comfortable rooms, parking undergruondm with ev charging

location limited parking with max length as car goes in lift two ev charging points unfortunately you have to leave by 2pm so need to find another parking place for

garage parking was expensive but included ev charging

along the waterfront, directly beside the guggenheim and a 5 minute walk from the restaurants, bars, shops, etc

nice room, great restaurant and bar with wonderful balcony

bar wasn t open during our stay so you couldn t get a drink before retiring to your room or

well situated to walk to guggenheim and old downtown, exceptional staff and room service

a gym

could not connect chromecast to wifi so unable to watch netflix, amazon, etc

gym was tiny with only a few machines squeezed in.

booked that morning, specifically requesting ev charging & a room for our pet dogs via booking

comfortable for family of 4 with a separate area with 2 sofa beds that opened for the kids

our 4 year old son and the hotel provided with a sofa bed for him and a set with toiletries for kids

the complimentary breakfast was generous

has lots of paperwork and validations room service for dinner - low quality food kids bed of low quality but couples bed quite good

and had lots of facilities such as spa, outdoor pool, pool table and board games for the kids to play
