staff at pool and beach were marvelous

elegant, staff, lounge, room service.

i had room service only because i was ill. the prices for room service are beyond ridiculous

carpet was not vacuumed daily 4) aluminum cover around sink plumbing fell off 5) had to request room service to leave soap, wash cloths, etc each & every time 6) had to wait for our vehicle

for example- mixed drinks by the pool are very weak, and require a double shot which they then charge for

ok but not great for the price paid, beach was dirty/smelly (not the hotel's fault, but still), pool restaurant experience was bad

2nd pool, jacuzzi, gym and a playroom with pool table are located at the same floor

where nothing exciting, but friendly staff, hotel in a great location, with a bar out by the pool, and the staff set up your beach chair and towel, if you wanna lay by the ocean

fast and helpful and the amenities provided us with a beach chair, beach umbrella and beach/pool towel

and i booked a king bed, didn't have kitchen, the resort price is really high for what it is, the gym is a joke, some of the staff is really rude, i don't recommended this

katherine and juan carlos are welcoming and super helpful as well as the pool and beach staff

the amenities on the building like the pool, the gym, the elevator were in nasty conditions

i didn't like that my laundry was not done when i placed it in the laundry bag.

the wallpaper was peeling off in the master bathroom, and there was peeling paint in the kitchen and front entryway

soraya in the spa is amazing! best spa day ever!

location was fantastic, the room views were amazing and hotel employee at the pool bar was phenomenal

i love the fact that it had a restaurant and bar on site and right across the street from aventura mall

the room was very small, with two small kids and 4 handbaggages we could not move around.

the setting is very tropical and lush and our kids loved visiting the parrots by the pool

loved the warm pool and gym. staff were very professional.

the gym is small but has everything you need and the food is delicious

even though there was 1 pool it was great we met some great people mt kids made new friends in the short time we were there
