the personal is super friendly, the property is clean and i loved to have the access to the gym 24hs

tv, wifi, a/c, lighting, fridge, room safe all worked just fine

it has a super nice gym that open 24 hours

probably best gym i've ever seen at a hotel. hotel was nice and clean, would recommend

gym is excellent

there's a monster gym in the basement accessible for guests as well, seriously, probably one of the best gyms

wifi worked well throughout my stay

a bit of issue on the wifi access but we got it resolved when we asked the front desk personnel

wifi in the room a bit slow

poor wifi connection the receptionist wasn't very accomodating

you can do the laundry there but it is a ripoff

decent wifi coverage, the breakfast is good

they wanted to charge us more than 20usd for about 3kgs of laundry

very clean, convenient & strategic location, staff are polite & helpful, free wifi, and good size room

excellent, fast password-protected wifi

helpful staff, coupled with a decent affordable breakfast buffet in macao, clean rooms, fast free wifi, great

room service made the beds and gave fresh towels after the night

clean and comfortable with strong wifi

wifi is strong too

additionally, the hotel offers wifi, a coffee shop, and a restaurant on the ground floor

to access to rooftop, unfortunately it was raining every evening while we were there so the bar was closed

though, the door cannot be fully opened and a bit risky for small kids

plus a gym

the mini bar amenities are free and are replaced every single day

oh and the rooftop bar is really cool

when it rains please tell guests the rooftop bar seats are wet!

the wifi on the 8th floor was so weak that it was almost impossible to access.

complimentary mini bar was well stocked with a lovely bottle of red alongside coffee and tea

room service food was ridiculous, but can order out easily

breakfast not ok! bad location! small room!

one annoyance was a staff member at the pool area while i was trying to chill in the jacuzzi moving about and

gym a bit limited but usable

poor wifi

only wifi not that strong

the wifi can t connect to my device

the wifi connection has a little bit low

it has a mezzanine, with 2-3 queen sized beds, 2 toilets and bath per room, and a hearty healthy breakfast

wifi was good and the room was quite spacious

and the hotel is nice, the only problem is the wifi connection

it was excellent but the breakfast is repeated everyday.

were travelling with the kids, so i really liked the family offer of this hotel - two adjoining rooms with one

nice and clean facilities, nice big king bedroom i got, nice views from the room, snacks/drink bar free that

the staff were incredibly helpful and genuinely friendly (both customer service and room service), which made

the room service and redemption were superb with informative

size rooms, well equipped, excellent common areas, would have liked a dance bar though bar 21 - live band and

24 hour food and bar service

facilities are well maintained , including hot water and convenient parking, enhancing the overall experience

the room is really clean, staff are veey friendly and accommodating, the kids enjoy sa bath tub

it's good that this hotel has a parking because is very far away from the center, however to go out from the

room service didnt provide ice for the evening

adults & 2 kids (1yo&7yo) the english speaking lobby representative is nice & professional

the wifi, which we mostly used at night, was slow

:( room service was not done well

the room service was great

tourist attractions, room is big, shower water is strong, aircon is functioning well, strong wifi, available

in a very good location close to everything the room is very nice and clean nice spacious bathroom with spa

facility was good besides the breakfast

the room space and the breakfast

breakfast

the coffee at breakfast was sweetened. the view was dark

breakfast was

pool was nice too

or the lisboa hotel range about 40hkd only for shuttle transfer in case you want to the big casino hotels

the cocktails and the buffet in the lobby bar very upsetting

the location is a short walk to the older town and a few steps from a bus stop to the casinos and

no mini bar or bath robes in the room,as advertised, and refridgerator not functioning

to the major hotels and could take the free shuttle buses to anywhere

wifi, poor and quiet staff, loud guests, was up at 5 in the morning as a child was crying like

the feee shuttle have a very long waiting time and taxi is hard to get in front of the hotel.

can walk to some of the big casinos and use their shuttles to move around

i liked that they offer a free shuttle service from the hotel to the ferry terminal

glad that there was a laundry room for hotle guests too and free breakfast provided

wifi is superb

tv has both local and cable channels, wifi is quite fast and lots of power outlets

the wifi was reliable, and the bathroom was tidy and well-maintained

wifi fast

room service was just rude and made no attempt to acknowledge (as we were speaking english and had

we loved the wifi hotspot service, as we did not have data on our phones

you will see others from your window - couch used for 3rd person was a bit short and suited for kids rather than

sorry i didn't have time to swim or use the gym after i got back from a dinner meeting, seemed to close a bit

also hotel provided laundry self service and a shuttle to the harbour terminal

the breakfast food buffet is enough to fill our stomach for the days trip around macau

maybe add more options for food for room service

breakfast staff do not smiles

* wifi no good, comes in and out often

breakfast meals are same everyday and the varieties are limited
