one of the highlights was the parking facilities, which were very convenient and hassle-free

clean/ kind staff/ free parking

easy parking, nice size room, clean and tidy, friendly staff. i would recommend a stay here.

breakfast provided is plain with just toast with the occasional sweet buns

be careful using hot water in the sink, especially the kitchen area, it takes a while to get the hang of it in

we didnt avail the free breakfast

it was easy to get to from nishi kawaguchi station. i liked having a mini kitchen and fridge.

this is the first time i booked the hotel which has kitchen

the room had everything i needed: wifi, towels, shampoo, hairdryer, and hot water

wifi was quite slow at times, because the walls are thin and the windows are a single layer and the

clean, with private bath, tv in the room and wifi

we like the sports club pool and it was reasonably priced at 650 per person

pool area average and have to buy a cap to wear in the pool

free drink time at the bar with our first booking was good

and i was very disappointed that the pool was closed for the monday of my stay

on site coin laundry a plus

we were put in a smoking room

i booked non smoking room but the toilet area smells like cigarette smoke

breakfast is purely japanese local dishes

breakfast was great

wifi was a little difficult to access

relaxing on massage chair, sipping free coffee/tea while reading comic books to enjoying paid spa activities

loved the spa bath, only draw back was that the home theatre only works with the dvd player, everything else

clean room, every day my room was cleaned, they had breakfast

breakfast looks like it is bought from convenient store

location,bathouse,breakfast,location was perfect

breakfast in the morning is worth giving a miss as it's very minimal
