bed too hard, wifi signal in room too weak, had to go into corridor to connect

the only downside was there is no laundry machine on the premises

no-smoking room had a funny smell as if it'd been used by smokers

location, the wifi works well, the laundry machines, the complementary on loan gadgets and water heater for tea

the wifi is often weak. staff is often too stiff to accommodate your needs.

there isn't enough laundry machines. the breakfast selection isn't great. but that's about it.

service was great, laundry machines initially were tedious to understand instructions in japanese until we found

clean room, every day my room was cleaned, they had breakfast

breakfast in the morning is worth giving a miss as it's very minimal

breakfast looks like it is bought from convenient store

location,bathouse,breakfast,location was perfect

some rooms are smoking rooms and they smell.

getting a much bigger room than usual and a parking place

loved the spa bath, only draw back was that the home theatre only works with the dvd player, everything else
