clean, new renovation, amazing breakfast, and an incredible value for the money

coffee at breakfast was weak.

breakfast was advertised, however after i had waited awhile in the morning they told me it was only

it offered breakfast and the staff was awesome

no breakfast. coffee was hot.

24-hour pool

there was plenty of space to park a truck and trailer in the back parking lot, which was lighted

super busy

the hot tub was broken but that wasn t listed either so when my kids got into the cold water they found out

your bar stayed open until 1045 but and had people drinking in the lobby until midnight but my kids couldn t swim in the pool after ten

we asked for extra bath towels, we were told that they only do room service every three days

room service was great as well

they also waived the pet fee for our german shepherd:) the hotel has always been pleasant but how they handled this

friendly staff, frank was great! love the river views and the breakfast was good.

also, like that there is a small bar that adults can have a drink or two with friends and don’t have to travel outside of hotel

our room when requested , wifi password not presented upon check-in-no change machine in guest laundry ,had on wait on desk clerk for change- substitute breakfast items not to our
