the pool wasn't open

breakfast.. ? very easy access to anywhere to eat..

only thing i didn't like was that the wifi was not available in my room

hallway carpets were dirty, the wifi was hard to connect to and took 3 phone calls and there was no hot water

would be nice if there is a clear big sign to enter the hotel parking

- new hotel - modern rooms with nice shower - pool and hot tub

a little pricey. pet rooms on top floor, making access with multiple dogs difficult .

clean, friendly staff, indoor pool, plenty of parking, location

loved the breakfast. loved that it was quite.

very clean. large room with a nice view of the hills. good breakfast buffet. nice gym and pool.

was wanting a room with spa tup and didn't get that

location, ability to buy drinks, wished the bar and restaurant had been open

very odd and a huge inconvenience since we there for track state with kids

super busy (which is normally fine but you know covid has changed that) and there were a lot of kids their with

of the front desk workers accusing my kids that they were not guests at the hotel

location was okay laundry was good most staff was good

some hotels say they are pet friendly but they are really not but this hotel was amazing

everything was great except the spa was way to hot

the snacks and drinks , kids loved the pool. breakfast was great. would book again.

what was particularly nice was a happy hour reception with a glass of wine at the bar and an excellent soup

the room did not have black out curtains so the sun came in bright and woke the kids up early

entire staff from the front desk, breakfast team, cleaners and groundkeepers were all fantastic and polite

due to covid-19) i assume everyone had to eat breakfast in their rooms

outdated,pool area falling apart and to expensive.

i asked them what time does the gym close

we ordered room service and they were prompt and everything was delicious

room service was very slow, very expensive, and food was not good.

no chairs or folding table/countertop where the washer & dryer for guest laundry are located

the continental breakfast was the last i ever had
