pool and hot tub well-maintained

not utilize/see pool or gym, but the room and rest of facilities were in very good condition

getting in and out of the hotel parking lot required u turns often

there was no breakfast due to covid-19 restrictions, but that was understandable

great customer service from isabella, the kitchen staff as well

is no shuttle, and the cabs cost a minimum of $16 for a five minute ride from the airport, so what one

should be a shuttle to/from airport

did not have a breakfast buffet and did not supply a shuttle to the airport which is less than a mile away

pool is great

the shuttle was not operating because of a storm and when i asked them to call a taxi for me, they

was unaware at the time of booking that the parking lot was being repaved, which began at 6am directly outside

i like that they are pet friendly and it is easy to stay with a dog.

the staff was courteous and the parking had plenty of spaces

also, we were disappointed that both the fitness center and breakfast were still closed from covid

and one of the only ones in the area that allow people to stay with pets

close to rein's deli. pets welcome.

wifi didn't work consistently, kept cutting in and out

asked for a smoking room , when i opened the door it smelled like an ash tray

i liked the free breakfast and gym.

breakfast had a lot of variety and was plentiful

the parking was close to the door and well lit

traveling for a week we needed to do laundry and was so grateful for guest laundry facility on second floor

easy to access from i91. good bar restaurant next door
