pool and hot tub well-maintained

not utilize/see pool or gym, but the room and rest of facilities were in very good condition

getting in and out of the hotel parking lot required u turns often

there was no breakfast due to covid-19 restrictions, but that was understandable

great customer service from isabella, the kitchen staff as well

parking was plentiful and close to the room

some young dudes took the parking spot in front of my room and i had to park 4 spaces away.

nice but then when i get to the room and was gonna get comfortable the sheets were dirty, no wifi, the next room

shady people staying there and an obvious drug deal in the parking lot

did not have a breakfast buffet and did not supply a shuttle to the airport which is less than a mile away

down side was that our shuttle bus driver to the airport was not very friendly and a little cranky

location to airport was great, help setting up the shuttle was much appreciated

the other thing, that the wifi was not really available as stated

no wifi, disgusting pool, dirty floor, rude staff on arrival

if you don't mind that, this place is a good cheap option with a free airport shuttle and fine wifi

they were able to accommodate an early check in for us

parking is a block away and no valet service. continental breakfast

hotel is on the edge of a parking lot, and although it looks very safe they have to buzz you in

i booked a deluxe smoking room i received neither smoking nor a deluxe room

no coffee. no breakfast. no refrigerator in the room. fitness room was closed for no reason.

and one of the only ones in the area that allow people to stay with pets

know it's a smoking room but, the bedspread had holes in it from cigarettes

work, management came up pshed a few buttons worked till zi changed the channel then nothing no wifi i could

many times in the past and other than a few minor things occasionally, i like that they have smoking rooms and

the motel has a guest laundry room, with some vending machines

indoor swimming pool is adequate; too small to swim laps, especially if others are in the pool

wifi wasnt explained but rush in by clerk. most of clerks were great and overnigjy guard

wifi was spotty and broken up required us to join rewards inorder to get better

clean and spacious, free parking, wifi and breakfast, pool, hot tub and gym. competitie price

i liked the free breakfast and gym.
