no wifi, disgusting pool, dirty floor, rude staff on arrival

shuttle experience was great.

down side was that our shuttle bus driver to the airport was not very friendly and a little cranky

did not offer breakfast even though the website says it does, pool didn't have water in it (kids were bummed),

no airport shuttle; but it is close to airport & walking

also laundry facilities are listed when i booked it they have none

cheap great wifi next to the airport and terrific food spots around here

room was dirty towels and wash cloths dirty wifi didn t work good.

the shuttle was not operating because of a storm and when i asked them to call a taxi for me, they

definitely made the best of the indoor pool & hot tub

are amazing they are the nicest compassionate understanding family owned unbelievable they are pet lovers which

even though the room was non-smoking, it still had the stale cigarette smoke odor

parking was in abundance so i never have to worry about a spot

also, we were disappointed that both the fitness center and breakfast were still closed from covid

no coffee. no breakfast. no refrigerator in the room. fitness room was closed for no reason.

they were able to accommodate an early check in for us

just about everything, valet parking was a great benefit and easy to use.

parking lot is a bit rough but appearances are deceiving

it is not a very attractive looking place, but the room was better that the parking lot
