quiet adults only clean rooms lovely

each room has it's own router so wifi was great with about 10mb/s download speeds

little mix up with breakfast menu and slightly long waits but we understand how it can be sometimes

there s lots to do at the hotel including a variety of water sports & a well kept crazy golf course

pool is cold

sister and i took our mom for her 80th birthday to the verandah resort and spa for a week

the beach is very pleasant as is the main pool area and the staff extremely courteous

the buffet both breakfast and dinner was absolutely terrible

wifi was terrible this year

are beautiful, the array of watersports is really generous, even though it's low season - the kids went kayaking

with a comfortable sitting area, balcony overlooking the sea and with their own dedicated pool/bar areas -

00/day for resort fees & $ 10/ day for wifi as well as the $2/ day for the wish donation should have been included

kids club disaster they activities don’t happen and all they do is having kids watch movies

suites with private balconies, stunning quiet beach, beachside restaurant with generous breakfast, excellent a

hill overlooking the harbour and then by the beach are rooms, casual restaurant, water sports, pool and shop

breakfast just needs a bit of improvement

kebabs brought to us and the gardener even gave us fresh coconut to drink from one day by the pool

the wifi didnt quite reach the room.

at the hotel on arrival and it's not easy to contact the owner/manager when you don't have any wifi access or

location in english harbour, close to lots of restaurants and bars

the room had a hot floor from the restaurant kitchen

expected a kitchen area

the pool deck always had leftover cups from the day before, and the pool was quite cloudy and filthy so

would've liked better dining options on the resort, specifically for breakfast

breakfast was great

the room service was also superb timely, professional, and the food was always delicious and

we also would've liked a few more supplies in the kitchen such as a blender, larger bowls, and sharper knives

no blow dryer, no tea bags, no non stick fry pan, so tissues in kitchen

the pool was a nice chill spot, i also enjoyed the bar area the staff was very welcoming with excellent service

wifi was not like the states but hey you are supposed to be on vacation

room was accurately described and bigger than expected with kitchen facilities and good wi-fi

great view from room, restaurant was good, pool looked nice. staff was accommodating

the view from the pool area, the flowers and the staff..

restaurant and bar with the most amazing view of the bay, the food was good too

the internet wifi was poor

breakfast good and staff friendly. liked the small gym and the room nice.

earlier than 12:00pm but that’s just my preference as i like a snack a little while after breakfast but not

the breakfast was good.

the diamond club pool area was always too busy, booked, to get a sun lounger by the pool or on the beach

room service is poor & menu options very limited

the bartenders were very good, but lacked personality and needed more staff to serve persons not

ate breakfast and dinner in the buffet restaurant, and had lunch at the coconut grill bbq by the pool

rooms were very old fashioned and in need of a revamp (including the gym)

swimming pools are great, gym & games room are sufficient

the room nightstand is made of concrete very dangerous for kids and the entire room is beyond

wifi wasn't so great
