things - we had a kitchen sink but no plug in sink or washing up bowl or washing up liquid or cloth

wifi in the room costs 10 usd per day extra. come on, we are in 2020 now!

housekeeping every other day but should have option to keep towels - so much unnecessary laundry being done

we don t like bbqs so didn t like the pool party.

kids club disaster they activities don t happen and all they do is having kids watch movies

are beautiful, the array of watersports is really generous, even though it's low season - the kids went kayaking

wifi was weak and intermittent and this cost the hotel a star in our rating

wifi worked very well in the room but was sketchy elsewhere
