far from the victoria clock tower such amazing staff and so much going on entertainment and the bar and (smoke house restaurant) amazing spa attached and wow so much more you can book rooms so (+)were so friendly, clean, cosy rooms, affordable, location was perfect, the restaurant and bar and breakfast also all (+) entertainment was great fun especially the karaoke it was nice to chill in the bar area there are lots of board games to choose for kids to play with (+)lovely family room with a great bar and games facility (-)great bar with games. we already had dinner plans but the restaurant looked great too. we booked the kareoke rooms which is three main reason we booked this hotel but the wifi kept dropping out so we only managed to sing one song
