location , fanatic staff , lovely friendly bar lady who was very helpful ,nothing was too much trouble

extraordinarily loud dj set in the bar on sunday evening gave us pause when we arrived, but it was barely audible in our room and

the room is literally 8 stairs away from the bar and the staff are so friendly and helpful

it was noisy as the room was above the bar but we knew that there would be loud music

this hotel got grass area around the lake to walk dogs the rooms were clean and food was lovely breakfast and dinner got loads for money
