chose a non smoking room, but the room smelled like someone had smoked inside

the pool, gym. and laundry rooms were closed.

no breakfast of any type, laundry out of service. extremely poor internet connection.

were not told before hand that the spa and pool would be closed

love the fact that they have an indoor pool that is open late

they were not serving breakfast or coffee at all due to covid

smell, noisey, neighbor, the kitchenette sink pour water under it the carpet smelled horrible

bugs crawling up wall next to bed, no parking near the room, mold, no bars to hang clothes, no toilet paper

the shower doesnt work at all and it was what looked like pet hair

the other clientele in the parking lot had even peed on themselves while cleaning out a car

the wifi did not work very well

first time staying and will not be my last my kids are loving it here will return soon

also lots of construction materials all over the parking lot

not kids jumping which i would understand but just regular walking and it keot waking us up early

loved the bed, having the kitchen area was a nice surprise. breakfast was ok.

the staff was very helpful and the rooms were big with an almost full kitchen and washer/dryer

clean, pleasant, quiet, worth the price, great breakfast and most importantly, best working a/c unit ever

we had a suite, which was 2 rooms including a full size kitchen. it was very nice.

breakfast was nicely served and you can sit overlooking the bay/dock area

the music from the bar but i can live with it since they quit playing at 10

this place has so much charm. loved how pet friendly and welcoming of our little maltipoo.
