the staff was friendly and the hotel is beautiful. love the pool towel service.

dinner at the bar was very good

staff is always welcoming and kind, especially with the kids

well we liked the building , beach and location. the pool was perfect for kids of all ages .

extra hidden charges at the end of the stay, resort fees including shuttle charges that we never used but everyone had to pay

they gave us drinks & we could wait in the bar or lobby area

the pool was very nice, and clean

the only complaint that i have is that the shuttle doesn’t cover all restaurants on the island

the open windows when you were enjoying a drink or appetizer for the kids

didn't like how the kids coming from the movie theater were able to sit and gather in the side entrance of the hotel

we did not use room service because we did additional sanitizing for our own personal satisfaction

i di see several group of vehicles hanging out in the mall parking adjacent to the hotel that looks suspicious

the owner and staff were very nice and we also enjoyed the pool..our room was beautiful

the rooms, were very clean. and it was the only hotel with a pool, for miles, that was a plus.

like the fact that my room was full of pet hair

cubby instead of giving us fresh towels, and when we asked for towels they said they had not done laundry yet and would bring us some when they did

staff kind enough to put my laundry in their commercial dryer since their dryer for clients’ use was hopeless

the breakfast was ok and the location is awesome

the only thing i didn’t like was the pool closing at dark

the location is excellent, right across the street from the check-in and departure point, and parking was adjacent as well

limited parking. trouble with original booking. but staff tried to fix it.
