staff was very nice and from the parking lot to the room very clean

the wifi connection didn't work

no breakfast of any type, laundry out of service. extremely poor internet connection.

kept having to reconnect to the wifi because my phone couldn t keep service other than that property was

check-in (we were road weary from traveling with a child) the were even kind enough to offer us a late check

was put in a non smoker room when i specifically asked for a smoking room, but the clerk gave me an ash tray

we smell a hint of smoking in our nonsmoking room

no smoking room smelled like an ashtray the hole night

wifi was terrible

was under renovation run down laminate floor buckling and dirty fixture in the shower loose smoking room when

the very nice pool was not heated not swimmable in february!

first time staying and will not be my last my kids are loving it here will return soon

they have coffee and tea available in the office all day, laundry facilities, and close to a lot of stores and

the other clientele in the parking lot had even peed on themselves while cleaning out a car

the pool was not yet open but the hotel next door right beside our pool was clean already.

you can hear everything going on in rooms around you and that although we were in a non smoking room everytime

breakfast offerings are a little sparse

wifi was never available to use tried calling front desk serval times no answer

no wifi wouldn't connect all all. no remote to tv. no phone.
