room service 24 hours a day is great

these are so simple, it s inexplicable why room service can t manage better

room service came at 8:20 am and knocked on the door our second day of honeymoon and woke us up

i was shocked with how we were treated, with our butler, the concierge, the spa staff

swimming pool lovely and warm,gardens and surroundings were beautiful

parking was an issue but it's aspen , luckily we could walk. not the properties fault.

walking distance from the main downtown. kitchen was a plus.

tough to criticize anything, maybe more parking spots?

kitchenette stuff is dated, but totally functional

the kitchenette is a disappointment. the staff is unwelcoming and unhelpful.

loved large rooms and comfy bed! lap pool, bikes and gym are awesome.

later we decided to step in for drinks at the bar , and there were only few tables busy

the pull out sofa pulled out to almost touch the fireplace room 530 and there was not enough room to walk

for example, the outdoor pool bar and kitchen were closed the entire week, the onsite restaurant was closed,

overcharged $100 for room service, awaiting refund.

great location, beautiful bar/ restaurant/ hotel, and great pool/ hot tube.

waitress at breakfast was really poor

towels, room service ended early, front desk would not pick up phone, nothing in the hotel room as far

the pool was pretty gross filled with bugs and debris

the shuttle service to/from jas aspen festival was most appreciated too

overall breakfast was good

swimming pool is great in winter time

we used the laundry room and it was clean

location perfect. liked the ease of using the laundry room
