outside our rooms were piles of dirty laundry and plates with left over stale smelly food that we had to walk around to get to the rooms

we went back outside and a gentleman in the corridor told us that the laundry had been delivered late but he would make the room up as soon as he could

no water dispenser or machine on floor bar didn’t sell bottled water

loved the bath, lovely staff at reception, bar and in the restaurant, housekeepers and delightful food

the bar to have tenets lager for my husband because he doesn't like stella so wee had to leave the
