excellent location. excellent breakfast.

breakfast was excellent and everything was so delicious

the staff, rooms and breakfast were perfect for our stay.

the wifi dipped in and out a few times but overall regally consistent, not a massive problem.

the breakfast was very tasty

there is a washing machine and dryer on the top floor and you can buy a small quantity of laundry detergent

wifi speed could be better.

breakfast was different every morning, something for everyone

i liked the great value of breakfast (buffet style - western & japanese)

breakfast was delicious

we used the onsen, slept well and had a delicious breakfast

menu for the breakfast buffet changed each of the days i was there, which was interesting and gave me a chance

the breakfast buffet was pretty decent and was continually replenished throughout the breakfast

friendly staff, free parking in front of the hotel, quiet neighborhood and very convenient restaurant next door

room, good onsen, good breakfast

breakfast is great with varieties

hotel with helpful staff, fast easy check-in, well-lit rooms, clean and comfortable, free parking and a good

clean room, every day my room was cleaned, they had breakfast

breakfast looks like it is bought from convenient store

location,bathouse,breakfast,location was perfect

breakfast in the morning is worth giving a miss as it's very minimal

bed too hard, wifi signal in room too weak, had to go into corridor to connect

the only downside was there is no laundry machine on the premises

i was supposed to be in a non smoking room but it smelled of cigarette smoke.

they had vending machines, laundry, and other bonuses throughout as

location, the wifi works well, the laundry machines, the complementary on loan gadgets and water heater for tea

gave us a smoking room for our first night of stay and couldn't sleep all night and had allergies kick

two laundry machines (waited till 11pm to use)
