it could be better if there is also a mini gym, small pool instead of a resto that is always closed

we’re just hoping to have amenities like swimming pool and gym and also restaurant that we can enjoy inside

i booked the room,, i requested for early check in but it was not granted on the day of my check in

the fact that what i originally booked has a private pool and i am ended up in a 19th floor suite no complementaries

though there are no other amenities like a gym or pool

they allow early check in for an additional fee

they provided what we asked for, which is a ground floor room for 4 adults as we have a senior/elderly parent

is perfect except if hotel cannot hav laundry in-house, maybe set-up outside nearby its hotel

they also advertise having a laundry service, but it’s actually handled by a third party and doesn’t work

staff were friendly and assisted with my early check in request

both so nice and very apologetic that laundry was late

and had a comfy sleep plus due to eye check up the next day i was ready to pay for penalty for late check out

are all good but the location is not that fine especially if your are with your family with small kids

my daily trip to the the gym was really good, good equipment and excellent treadmills and pool was beautiful

no pool, no room service, no mini bar, no laundry, no shuttle service, but it's in a great location and right

internet wifi connection is fast

example would be our request for late check out - we requested this from the evening reception and received

they offer late check out till 4pm the next day due to this

there is a cafe downstairs that has good breakfast/coffee/wifi

i stayed there with my wife and 2 kids

our room had a kitchen sink and a microwave as well, which came in handy

the pass to our room coz a lot of the times they didn’t work, they lost my sister’s laundry

the only downside is that there is no parking available

the room is spacious and it got 2 queen beds and has excellent wifi which is perfect for us 3

great 24 hr sports bar downstairs with fantastic wifi, or you can use the desk space in the lobby

they charged me 900 pesos for early check in (8 am) it's okay but i don't like that

good location, very good value for price, free late check out until 14:00.

i normally take late flights and this place allows for a very late 6pm check out but for an added price of

one elevator available instead of 2 and late check out, 1 hour for free, was threatened to be charged
