hotel and wonderful staff from guard to front desk to room service and buffet breakfast

good bed, kitchen and lots of sockets

wifi is also decently fast as i m using it to work

and it is also pet-friendly

husband, my 3 older kids and i stayed here for 2 nights

full living room, dining room and kitchen

room was supposed to have a fridge but didn t, so it had an odd free space in the middle of the kitchen

it could be better if there is also a mini gym, small pool instead of a resto that is always closed

is spaceous and full of amenities: pantry with bar table, microwave oven, ref, induction stove, kitchen utensils

of property shows a pool, there is no pool, no restaurant, need trick or taxi to travel to bcg

wifi is not working

they allow early check in for an additional fee

nice room with kitchen, microwaves oven, fridge, air con and hot shower

poor wifi signal, and you'll be a little bit anxious for your security since there is no security guard

they provided what we asked for, which is a ground floor room for 4 adults as we have a senior/elderly parent

only issue is the wifi connection

all of 'em which i like best :) unfortunately, for a working person like me, i need a strong wifi connection

good wifi connection. super clean.

and had a comfy sleep plus due to eye check up the next day i was ready to pay for penalty for late check out

the property was very accommodating when we request for an early check in and late check out.

microwave there is no kitchen or microwave available, even upon request, so reheating food was not possible

plus, the wifi is reliable, and transport options nearby make getting around a breeze

value for money is awesome, the pool is small but if you go when there is no one else you can swim up and down

fridge, wifi(very fast), 2 aircon they provide utensils in the mini kitchen, but they didn't provide soap

early check in fee is so expensive

very friendly staff. nice and clean room.complete with kitchen utensils.

there's even netflix but fluctuating wifi signal

we booked a 2-bed bedroom with aircon, kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, hot/cold shower, strong wifi connection

laundry bags were not provided for all guests staying in the room

the room we stayed at was a 1 bed room suite and it is complete with a working kitchen, sala, dining and laundry

spacious rooms, pool is huge as well the gym is amazing

kids especially loved the bedding

the gym was amazing

wifi was a bit laggy at times and the room could have been cleaned thoroughly

we did an early check in and they were able to provide us reasonable rate for the advance 3 hours

all ok only wifi tragedy

room was okay, the tv had no issues, the wifi was strong, and the air-conditioning worked well

music from the bar until 2 am. noisy guests.

room was comfortable, the bed was great, the wifi was stable, and the whole place looked cool

especially charlene from the reception and lina from the spa :) would definitely comeback

there is also a nice rooftop with a bar (with food and drinks), good wifi and a hot tub

breakfast was much appreciated

you can make an appointment for the spa pool on the top floor of the hotel and enjoy a pleasant dinner time on

breakfast is also served

i cannot connect to their wifi..ud83dude14

they even went out of their way to take my clothes for laundry

wifi is good enough for manila hotels

have problems with the hot water while taking shower and there is no laundry service in the hotel also they will

free wifi

wifi is a bit weak

everything is okay it s just the wifi signal

pricy for early check in.

they made my early check in kindly( about a hour ) nice bed and tv

slow wifi, but it's okay

great bed, sheets, plenty of towels, cold ac, fast wifi, blackout curtains

also, the hotel offers a nicely equipped and wide gym and i enjoyed it every day of my

time to stay here and brought the grown kids with us this time

stayed 2 days ans 2 days wifi was down this is not acceptable for a hotel of this standing however everything

the restaurants for the room service was good too
