in the cottage fireplace is a rat or possum

wifi was weak

bathroom need renovation and there is poor wifi

wifi did not work/reach the rooms

the wifi was unusable for common things like

the lack of secure undercover parking and the views of roof-tops was a disappointment!!

it was old world beauty. everything was there including golf.

we were informed that we might need a wifi extender in our room

situated on the golf course which is why we stayed at peppers

the kids enjoyed swimming

there was a nice new heater and the free wifi was fast

parking available, friendly staff, accommodating with the check out time, providing bottle of

no bar fridge to keep drinks cold and locks on some of the bathrooms didn't work.

no bar fridge in room

you can't expect everything in a hotel it didn't have a bar fridge but that was okay

breakfast was lovely. staff attentive

the staff were very friendly. breakfast was lovely.

breakfast excellent-the whole place was perfect a home away from home

bin was full when we checked in, wifi was bad and staff on check in were a little rude.

parking tight as person next door parked very angled so we had to park in the street as we didn t

wifi and phone reception at the motel were terrible, which was really surprising given that it s

was surprisingly nice given its reasonable price, lovely decor, in the middle of town but quiet, parking with

size for solo travelers/couples, parking just outside the door

imperial hotel had lots of parking spots

wifi was free but sometimes a little slow, depending on the time of day

the wifi was absent and the 3g/4g reception very bad

the motel is behind a pub so if you arrive early, pub meals would be available before kitchen closes

wifi and the hotel phone number (listed) did not work

wifi is good, bat is nice (no snack tho)

we had a beautiful view of the golf course

good free wifi

gym is basic with very little equipment available

i thought the room service menu could have been a bit more inspiring and was too expensive.

that breakfast was included which is quite rare these days, games area, the overall estate is

we went on a quiet day so had the indoor pool to ourselves

the gardens were beautiful . rooms spacious and delightful decor . appreciated pool , and gym .

the gym facilitates were excellent and the gym itself was nice and

i wish there was a spa bath in the room.

a pleasant stay in a simple room with a basic mini bar offered at a reasonable price

bit expensive for mittagong $10 extra charge for room service breakfast

the hotel is out of town so there is not a lot nearby other than the club and a golf course

i can't imagine it'd be easy for someone with mobility issues or little kids

room service was fantastic from the restaurant

and a bigger laundry room with an ironing facility would be great to have

good parking, easy access, great staff and very fresh clean room

tea and coffee facilities in a laundry area instead of a kitchen or in the rooms.

no wifi

no wifi.

wifi was very good when connected but it seemed to drop out too often for 1-2 minutes then

vanity basin in the kitchen

wifi could be a little better

easy walk to golf club for dinner

when checking in the staff we're friendly and gave us the wifi password

outlook over the grassy green golf course, facilities amazing, the kids loved seeing the wombats in the area

if the weather was warmer i would have jumped in the pool instead of just putting my feet in

when staying with kids who don t like eating the same food as adults it is just not enough

of the pots, pans and kitchen essentials could do with being replaced, this does not effect my rating though

secure car parking, room decor modern, tv reception excellent

did have a faint odour of a dog though , i guess the hotel is pet friendly

middle of town but set back from the road, around a gorgeous courtyard setting with a beautiful pool area

hotel was a charming country style hotel with a beautiful bar and restaurant

room we were allocated was excellent but right next to the exhaust outlet for the hotel kitchen

stayed on the ground floor and could heap everything including the kids running back and forth
